As todays comic seems to be a lot more realistic
it seems that it will never get away from using icon to grap its readers. Also the rage in her face does it job take away from the needs of work. letting the image speak for its self.

Iconic comic can go really far as Mary uses
iconic style of art in her work such as cubeism.What stands out is that she brings her words to life only with selective ones placing them in bold letters.Everything in this image seems to draw you right around the image. Even the words seem to make up the image.

Like what Scott McCloud talked about with how many comics and how they mix cartoon and realistic drawings together to get their point across. This image kinds of shouts out here is the new face super hero. An iconic image of spider man in the back ground taking pictures of The president in the fore front. At the same time we also see another iconc image the camera that Peter Parker uses.
